Detailed sleep score not showing

Where do you find the detailed sleep scores? I'm a premium member and see my total sleep score but don't see the heart rate sleep details in the app.

I’m having the same problem. Just got my Fitbit Versa 2 last week. First 3 nights, I had detailed sleep score. Last 3 nights I did not (I wore it the same way and did nothing differently so I am starting to think this is a Fitbit problem, not something I did wrong)

I logged out of the app and logged back in and somehow the sleep
details/sleep hear rate is showing up now. Maybe try that and see if it
works for you too.
