Last night I was going to call it night and as I was closing my eyes then all a sudden my Versa 3 ended vibrating as it was time to wake up and yet  it was night and it never used do that before  the Fitbit  app showed and showed the it detects a low bpm does that mean the versa 3rd gen is fully updated for epileptic people or no? It if not how why would it warn me about my bpm especially when I don’t have heart trouble but how ever I have epilepsy

I expect that was a "heart rate notification".

See How do I track heart rate with my Fitbit device?  and scroll down to "What are heart rate notifications?" and the following sections.

Briefly, when you have been inactive for at least 10 minutes (so it is  not detecting exercise exertion), Fitbit can notify you if your heart rate goes above or below certain ranges.  I suppose default are set based on your resting heart rate, but you can set your own range, or turn it off completely.  I don't remember if it is on or off by default.  The above link gives more info and how to change the limits or turn it on or off.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
