Earlier today there was a blank line where the time should have been that looked like this:  ________________ and the dashboard only had two items displayed (I can't remember what they were, though)… .  I tried to re-set and it wouldn't reset. So I went to settings and chose to restore factory settings.  I got a message "to start download Fitbit app".  So on my android device I uninstalled the Fitbit app already on my phone and then I reinstalled it (like I was starting over).  I logged into the app and I have repeatedly tried to synch the device and the app on my phone but the app is not detecting my Versa. So has my Versa just died?  Although battery is fully charged, none of the sensors on the back are lit up.  and when I try to synch, the app says "no device found"  Has my device just died???

Hi @Conniebug Im not clear if you can see anything on your versa screen at the moment or not. If the screen is blank then it is sounding dead, but if you have fitbit.com then that means you need to set up your tracker again as if it was a new device.

Thanks for your feedback. I'm seeing nothing except a message scrolling in
various languages to begin download app. The app and my mobile device
cannot detect the fit bit.

I spent an hour or so on a live chat with Fitbit customer service. I had
already ndone everything in the articles you attached. We concluded it is
dead. Luckily, still under warranty so we ordered a replacement last
night. One of the benefits of having purchased it from Fitbit.com

Thanks again for your suggestions.
