Hi, I am really struggling. My Fitbit Versa went really wonky this morning, it just lost all connection to my phone. The time was even an hour behind, but still ticking over seconds. I shut everything down. Left it for a few minutes then tried to reconnect. Eventually it did and the time caught up to correct. This afternoon it did the same thing and no amount of shutdowns and resets have helped. My phone couldn’t see it in Bluetooth anymore. So I did a factory reset of the versa, deleted the device from the app, deleted the app, reinstalled everything but neither the app or my phone can see the versa even as a new device to register. It's just not there. My Versa isn’t even close to a year old. I’m at a loss as to what to do. I've followed every guide i can find but when i try to set up new device the app never finds anything. I look in bluetooth, it doesnt show as a new device. Please help
