Device not responding

I have been having trouble when my versa and phone sync all the info on my tracker would not update. So I went and did a restart on it and now it is completely not working. Will not charge or do a reset when I told down the side buttons. Completely black on screen. What can I try?

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors of your Versa are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive?
