My Versa stopped tracking my sleep, but the problem is that it's not tracking my heart rate

Hi @Dmus, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delayed reply.

 

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if your device isn't tracking Sleep Stages or sleep information at all? As it turns out, because your Versa isn't tracking heart rate information, Sleep Stages cannot be generated because they use such information to detect in a detailed way your sleep. If such is the case, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on our help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

 

If no sleep information is tracked at all, additionally to the steps from the previously mentioned help article, please try sleeping with your device on your non-dominant hand.
