Device not turning on - Water damage

I bought my versa watch back in July and for several months it was working perfectly with no problems (I was wearing it every single day). I competitively swim and wore it whilst training 3-4 times a week in the pool as well as gym sessions i.e. heavy use. It's only a few days ago I went training and now it's completely dead (even when having tried to charge it) - before it died it was working very strangely. Now on the underside of the watch, the four rectangles in the centre look like they have water in and 2 appear to have gone from a copper colour to red.

Will FitBit replace or fix my versa watch?

@William-Butcher, I'm sorry for the late response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.

Regarding the screen and charging issues that your Fitbit Versa experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they will reply to your email soon in order to follow up and provide a solution. Please keep an eye on your email account.

I'll be around if any question arises.
