Device turning off several times

My Versa is only 3 weeks old, it's fully charged, up until today, it has been amazing, but as from today  it won't turn on (it has twice for about 2 seconds) then turns off again, what can I do?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing when your device responds or is your device completely unresponsive when it turns off again? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation.

I have since found out that my Versa Charger is faulty, as I have only had it for 3 weeks, can I get the charger replaced?
