My Versa stopped showing my steps, calories, activity minutes, etc. while my smartphone app still shows all. How can I get this information to show again on my Versa? Thanks.

Try restarting your Versa several times. If it still doesnt show your stats do a factory reset (settings apl on the Versa and scroll down to About). Let us know how you go
