I was diagnosed tachycardic about 5 years ago. I take medication for it daily which tends to keep my heart rate around 90-100 I've had my fitbit since christmas and my resting rate is consistently around 83. But I'm spending about 14 to 16 hours a day in fat burn mode I know that cant be right, but i dont know where I need to set my excersise levels at. Is there a way to calculate it so i get more accurate readings with my condition?

Hello @Thunderfoot and a warm welcome. Fitbit uses a commonly accepted 220 - age = max predicted heart rate formula to calculate the heart rate zones. Here is a link to an article in the Fitbit Blog that discusses setting custom heart rate zones. The article is from 2017, so it doesn't mention the newest Fitbit models, but the path to set a custom heart rate zone is the same.
When you get all the way near the end of the article, it says that your Fitbit will reset your heart rate zones after you set up your custom zones. You might want to ask your cardiologist for a recommendation for setting the zone. Or you can do it by trial and error to see what feels right.
Good luck.
