Can Fitbit confirm if anything changed on the Versa to modify how it determines HR from it's optical sensor? Asking because:
1. For the last 2+ months my resting HR has been very consistent on low 50's (50-52), over the last week it jumped 15-20% and now is consistently in the low 60's (59-61), no other changes to my normal routines.
2. In addition to resting HR, I notice that how it records HR during exercises is alos up about 15%, during normal runs was consistently in a range for months then over the last week that range jumped 15%, no other changes to workout or how I'm wearing it.
Wondering if Fitbit decided to change how HR is determined? Vs actual HR it seemed the Versa used to run a bit low in it's calculation, now vs Actual it seems a bit high.

I was wondering the exact opposite - I just got my Versa two weeks ago and no matter how tight/lose I wear it or what position on my arm, it's reading so much lower than it should be. I can go for a run or do HIIT and it registers my heart rate at around 70-80. There's no way I did an hour training session and am drenched but never broke 101 heart rate and only burned 105 calories..
