Did a factory reset on my watch now it's a brick

I've had nothing but sync issues with my Versa over the last 3 months.

 

It won't pair with my phone (half the time it doesn't even list it under the Bluetooth pairable list), and it syncs sporadically (even though it's not paired). Most of the time in order to sync I have to restart my phone several times and force stop Fitbit app.

 

I finally decided enough was enough and tried a factory reset....this made it worse and I can't no longer even remotely pair with my phone and is completely unrecognizable upon set-up. 

 

Any means to fix this or should I abandon this and deal with warranty claim

I was able to connect it but it still wouldn't sync. I contacted customer support and they made the situation worse... now it won't sync at all and I have no device associated with my app/account and can't activate it 😂😂🤣

 

Now it's been re-bricked
