Did factory reset and now it won’t turn on

I did a factory reset so I can give it to my son and now it won’t turn on. I never had an issue before. Please help

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

Thank you for the reply. But,  how can I do that if it doesn’t turn on?

Did you read the instructions on how to do a restart?

Yes I did and it showed that battery was in 0%. Even tho it was fully charged when I did the reset. I put it to charge again and nothing
