My Versa did not record steps taken yesterday. When I looked at my fitbit versa around 11 pm it said I has recorded over 30,000 steps. At midnight went to 0 steps which is normal but when I synced my fitbit this morning it said I only walked 1289 steps for the whole day. I tried syncing my versa several times today but yesterday did not record true steps. That is a lot of steps to lose, especially when I am in completion with my son. Have any idea why?

Thanks

My versa  has not done this again so I guess it was a fluke like you say.  Seems to be tracking steps now correctly.

@CGMdrum could you please go to your Dashboard on Fitbit.com and check if the steps are missing there as well. Is any other data missing?

Ok. I did what you requested. Steps still missing but just for yesterday. Everything else seems to be working fine, including todays steps.

@CGMdrum so the steps are missing from Fitbit app, the tracker and Fitbit.com? Could you keep an eye on the stats for the next few days to see if this was just a fluke?

Yes that is correct! Steps are not recorded on Fitbit app or tracker or Fitbit . Com. I will watch and let you know in a few days as requested. Thanks

@CGMdrum Thank you! Let's hope it was a hiccup during sync and it won't happen again. 🙂 Good luck with your challenge! 😄
