Sis gave me her old Fibit watch, I did the factory settings reset and the screen shows logo, then red x inside a circle with the words "data not cleared sync & try again". Can anyone help?

Hi, @RickMann ask your sister to remove the Fitbit from her Fitbit account (using her Fitbit app) and then try the factory reset again, if you can. It might be helpful if the Fitbit and your sister and her app are all in the same place when you try this rather than you doing it remotely, which may not work.
