Did update now heart rate monitor doesn't work

Did the new update and my heart rate monitor isn't working. Done all the steps, made sure it's on and blah blah blah. Yes I'm wearing it right... It work till I did the update now nothing. Wth Fitbit. Anyone have any idea what to do?

This happened to mine yesterday too, I took it off and rubbed over where the green light is and it started to work again? Although I notice they must have changed how it records, as it doesn’t show the actual heartbeat as it changes now...

is your green light on the back working?
