Didn't receive my weekly reports again more times

There was no weekly report again. I did everything right again. I regularly synchronize multiple times a day.

I regularly check spam filtering and other options. I can assure you I did not get the weekly report. In the past (with Charge 2) there was never a problem (with the same email settings).
 
I'm using Windows 10 and adding the Fitbit app from the Microsoft Store (formerly FitbitConnect-v2.0.2.7066-2018-07-25), if that means something.

Weekly report I have not received it again for weeks. There is a very serious bug in your automatic reporting server.
