I have different number of steps on my app and on my versa three watch. I have tried all the recommendations. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have restarted my phone. I have restarted the watch. I have turned Bluetooth on and off. I have done all of these things more than once and nothing changes.

I'm having a similar issue. It use to be that if I did approximately 7500 steps it equalled 3 miles. Now if I do 7700 steps it's still less than three miles. How can 10116 steps equal 3.42 miles and 9685 steps equal 3.55 miles. It doesn't make sense to do fewer steps but have walked further. Something is seriously wrong. I don't have mobile track on so why are there such differences in distance.

Welcome back to the forums @denisemevand

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding your Versa 3. Thank you for trying to fix the situation on your own.

Please confirm if you are using Mobile track. It is a service that allows you to count steps using your phone even if you forget to wear your Fitbit. You can "unpair" Mobile Track from your account.  On your Fitbit app go to the upper left corner, on the phone and device icon. Click on your phone icon and on the 3 dots and choose "unpair".
