Difficulties placing the band on Versa

I wish I had read the board posts about the horrible band-changing design before I bought my Versa.

I thought I'd spend a few minutes on my lunch hour learning about my new Versa. Now I have 1/2 the band off and can't get it back on. This is the original black silicone band, not a 3rd party.

I've read what everyone says but at this point I'll have to just put it away and try when I get home from work. Who thought this was a good design? I'm very disappointed.

I could not put on a new band.  My wife and son were also unable. We all watched the videos.  How could Fitbit release such a poorly designed product?  This was not an issue with my Blaze and there were no similar problems with my earlier Charge.  What happened in the design process and what is Fitbit doing to remedy this?

There are bands on Amazon which would fit the Versa like the Blaze bands worked. These bands are not expensive. Why they switched the band design from the Blaze model is beyond me.

Seriously! The crappy black original band broke and I was happy to replace it with something that looks much nicer. The new band is supposed to fit all FITBIT Versas - and I have a Versa 3. I have NO idea how the new band is supposed to fit on the connector for this watch and really DON'T appreciate wasting an hour to try to figure it out - not to mention, paying nearly $50 for the replacement band.

Stuff like this definitely makes it more worthwhile to switch brands rather than waste more time and money on this.

There are bands on Amazon that you can fit the Versa in, not like those
dumb bands.

I agree with you on the band however I did get a metal link band and it works like a charm. Don't know why they stick with a band that does not work.

I was so excited to get this, I have not been able to wear it for 2 days....can not get the band on it.  So disappointed.  I guess I am going to have to return to Costco...I really did not want a pocket watch.

The band I ordered from FITBIT, which stated it would fit any VERSA absolutely does not fit my Versa 3. No.Way. I wasted $40. I'm done with FITBIT.

Agree, changing the band is awful but I love everything else. The only band that changes easily are the fabric ones. I’ve tried multiple times getting the Original rubber One back on and couldn’t. If I would’ve known I couldn’t easily change the bands like the charge, I would’ve waited for a better versa of the Versa.

Changing them is awful. I just bought skinny bands hoping they would change easier and they worked! The fabric ones are also easy to change. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07X8HYQR4?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_dt_b_asin_title

Try Shangpule Fitbitbands. You just pop in your fit bit watch with this
band avoiding the argument mechanism

I can’t get my band off. I’m scared I’ll break my fit bit and then nothing will fit on it
