I am trying to link starling account uk with my fitbit wallet but its not working says error. I have deleted the app then reinstalled tried turning fitbit on and off. Any help

Please be aware that according to the list of Banks & Transit Supporting Fitbit Pay, at the moment only Mastercard is supported by Starling Bank.
If yours is Mastercard, please follow the next steps:
- Change or reset your 4-digit PIN code by following the steps in this article.
- Manually sync your Fitbit Versa 2. For instructions, please visit this site and open the menu "How do I manually sync my tracker or watch?".
Try once again to add your card to the Fitbit Wallet by following these steps.
Whether this doesn't help, please provide us with the following information:
- Have you contacted your bank to verify if there is any restriction/limitation with your card?
- Have you verified that your card information has been correctly entered in the Fitbit Wallet?
- It's a credit or debit card?
- What does the error say? If possible, please attach a screen shot for further investigation.
