I just got a new versa. I want to change the band from the small to a large. One of the sides of the band came off really easy, but the longer side of the band will not come off. The latch doesn't move. I am scared to force it and damage the versa. Is it defective or am I doing something wrong>

Make sure that the silver nob of the long side is in a 45 degree angle, than wit it will slide. Just tried it myself on several bands I own. The silver nob is just beneath the band part that needs to be placed into the Versa. You can see how the silver nob needs to be adjusted when you see a little empty sliding track. If you cannot see it with your bare eyes, use a magnifying glass. Maybe the 45 degree angle is somewhat unclear in the video, but it's not the band that needs to be in a 45 degree angle but the silver knob. Good luck.
