After several support sessions, rebooting, downloading apps and reinstalling my versa, it still can’t understand when I change a time zone without me taking hours of my time. I hate to say it but I upgraded from the old one to the versa because I figured surely engineers could eventually figure out how to get a watch to tell time. I was mistaken. Time to switch brands.

I'm confused .With basically only one model, and a few special editions. I'm not sure what versa model you upgraded from.
In any case is your Fitbit set to change timezones automatically with the phone, and all day sync is on?
To update time, the phone needs its time updated, then the tracker needs to be synced. This sync may be also manually started.
