Hello
I can't seem to change the time on my watch its 45 mins behind and I tried to change the clock face to my bitmoji and its came up with a blue screen directing me to the app, I can't seem to change my clock face at all through the app as it brings me to the website then back to the apps main page each time , and now this blue screen won't come off my watch - and I can't turn it off either- any ideas ? T.i.a

Thank you for the information provided and for trying to resolve the issue with your Fitbit Versa 2 before contacting us.
I would recommend follow the next steps:
- Log out from the Fitbit app
- Restart your watch and reboot your phone
- Log back into the Fitbit app
Whether this doesn't help, you can also try to uninstall/reinstall the Fitbit app.
