Difficulties to connect earbuds-Versa

I can not get my Jam Transit Mini Buds to connect to my Versa. 

The watch finds them but it won’t connect. Please help!

@skymatt Are your buds paired with other device already? I'm assuming with your phone. I am not asking if they're connected at this moment. 😄 Paired. Please reset your earbuds, put them into the pairing mode according the manufacturer's instructions and pair with Versa! 😄 Most of the buds will support only one paired device at a time. Unless you get something like Fitbit Flyer buds.

Hey @skymatt, it is great to see new faces around! Beside of the tips that my friend @Marrrmaduke has shared, I suggest you to try to restart your Versa and then try to set your Jam Transit Mini Buds with your watch again. If the issue persists, please note that our team is already aware of the connectivity issues between third party headphones and Fitbit Versa, and already working towards a solution, so please be patient in the meantime.
