Difficulties to control the Spotify app on my Versa 2

My versa 2 and phone are synced. I also have the premium package for spotify. I'm logged in on the fit bit app. When I click spotify on watch, it says to sync. I don't know what else to do.

In addition to the steps you've followed, please make sure to have turned on "Bluetooth Classic" to control music on your phone. For instructions on how to do it, please visit this article, open the menu "How do I control music playing on my phone with my Fitbit device?" and follow the instructions according to the model of your watch.
