Difficulties to download music on my Versa 2.

Hi all!

I have just been given a Versa 2 by my husband. I have had it less than a week and he has already told me to send it back. I love this watch and really won’t want to, but the music feature is impossible. 
I can’t get the Deezer function to work and my laptop won’t find my watch when trying to transfer personal music. I’ve been on the phone with Fitbit support for hours over the last few days and I really don’t know what else to do. 
Has anyone else successfully managed to put music into their watch and if so please can you sure how you did this?

Both my watch, phone and laptop are connected to my home wifi.  I have a premium Deezer subscription and my music files are MP3’s.

when I try to sync via Deezer, it starts the sync - says sync in progress 0% and then reverts back to saying no music. It’s almost like it doesn’t get past 0% and stops after say 10 seconds!

when trying to transfer MP3’s my laptop can’t find my watch. It just keeps saying looking for watch. I’m at my wits end!

Please - someone help me - or tell me how you managed to get your music up and running successfully.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Versa 2. Thank you for the information provided and for the time you spent trying to resolve the issue.

 

If after following the troubleshooting steps provided by Customer Support you are still having the same problem, I would recommend updating them in order to get further assistance. I'm pretty sure they will do their best to provide a high level of support.
