Difficulties to logging into the Uber app-Versa 2

Hi all, 

 

I've checked several threads here with respect to issues logging in via the Fitbit app -> Uber app settings. I've tried to uninstall the Uber app from the Fitbit several times. The Uber app on my phone does not require an update. 

Has anyone any further advice on this?

Whether you are having difficulties to logging into the Uber app please try the following:

 

Uninstall the Uber app once again

- Reboot your phone and router

- Make sure your phone is connected to Wi-Fi

- The Bluetooth is On

- Set up the Uber app by following the steps in this article.
