I was in my Fitbit app in the third party apps and my daughter accidentally disconnected my fitness Pal app from Fitbit and now I don't know how to reconnect it because in My fitness Pal app it says it's still connected but in the Fitbit app it's not there what do I do

Please go to MyFitnessPal > apps > Fitbit > Disconnect:
Then, connect your accounts once again by doing the following:
