My fitbit versa 2 clock decided to change on its own and nothing I do fixes it. It is set to the correct time zone and it is not set to military time, but for some reason it's 4 hrs ahead. I have restarted the fitbit and unpaired it with my phone and no change. No it will not pair with my phone at all. At this point I am assuming that it's broken after only 1 year of use. Any suggestions?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @SunsetRunner.
I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Versa 2. Thank you for the troubleshooting steps you performed before contacting us.
Please make sure to have the latest Fitbit app version (3.42 iOS and Android). For instructions on how to check your current app version and update, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".
Whether this doesn't help, to resolve set up issues, please follow these instructions. Once the watch gets set up back to your Fitbit account, the time should get fixed automatically. If necessary, you can change it manually by following these steps.
I moved this thread to Other Versa Smartwatches board because it is more related to the topic.
Please let us know if you have any questions.
