If you are trying to set up your watch using Fitbit Connect, I would recommend setting it up with a phone or tablet and the Fitbit app. Please be aware that older computers may not allow users to set up new Fitbit products.
If you have the Fitbit app installed, you should be able to set up your watch by following the next steps:
If this doesn't help, to have a better understanding of the issue, please attach an image of the set up page not showing the Fitbit Versa as an option.
