My Versa was not communicating with my phone. It would not show up on bluetooth. I spoke with Ariel at Fitbit who had me reset everything - as well as do a factory reset. Will not work. After 30 minutes on the phone with her she said that there is a problem with iOS 13 and I should wait for a fix.
After speaking with Ariel I tried to pair it with my desktop computer. Again following all of Fitbits instructions. Still will not pair. There is something wrong with the Versa itself. So I talk with Anna who basically just sent me links to help topics. Then she disconnected me without answering or helping???
Anna:Since you mentioned that you factory reset your Versa, I can see that it has been unpaired on your account.
Me:That is correct
Anna:That said, have you tried re-pairing it using the steps on our help article, https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1872 ?
so basically Fitbit does not care. Now I'm off to shop for a new fitness tracker. Probably won't be going with Fitbit since they no longer stand behind their products. I've been with Fitbit since Fitbit Zip. So long I guess. Unless someone can actually help me????
I believe there is something in the Versa itself that no longer carries a Bluetooth connection.
