I have just spent several hours trying to get my Versa 2 to sync with my Huawei P30 Pro. I have followed various pieces of 'official advice' to no avail. Re-installs, restarts, etc. At one point I could only get a message to check my Versa is turned on !!!!! I finally succeeded after I changed the clock face from the spO2 one, which I like, back to one of the standard ones. I have changed back to my spO2 face and my Versa is still syncing. 🤞 Lets see how long it lasts.
Fitbit, why is the bluetooth connection so unreliable with this watch? It makes syncing a real chore and makes Alexa pointless. If this problem is only caused by a downloaded clock face, then why is that ?
Cheers.
Update: It worked for a while then failed to connect and sync. Had to swap back to standard clock face and restart Versa to get it to sync. 😠
