Difficulties to sync my Versa to my iPhone x

my husband and i just got versa’s and his works totally fine, but mine is constantly going back and forth between “looking...” and “syncing...” and i can’t get it to actually connect which means i am not getting notifications. i have restarted my phone and did a factory reset the versa and it’s still doing the same thing. any suggestions? this is my THIRD fitbit i’ve had to exchange THIS WEEK due to issues and i would really actually like to keep this one. thanks!

Nice to see a couple doing this together.

 

Have you tried setting it up with his Versa completely out of range? It might be your mobile device is having a hard time with two identical devices in range.

i’ve tried literally everything. i did another factory reset and now i can’t set it up at all. just going to return it.
