Difficulties to track my sleep-Versa 2

Hello, Hope you are well. I have an issue with my Versa 2 sleep tracking.
I have set the target sleep schedule as 1200-0800AM under the sleep settings.
But the Versa 2 only seem to automatically track only 2-4 hours.
After I delete the entry and enter my normal sleeping hours manually, it shows the 6-8 hours of sleep insight data with REM, light, deep, awake breakdown.
So my question is, why is the automatic tracking showing one dataset (that seem to be incorrect) and manual entry is showing another dataset (which seem to be correct)?
Is there anyway to calibrate my Versa 2 to track the full period of my targeted sleep schedule?
Contacting support was not helpful as they were giving vague and conflicting answers.
Hoping to get any insight on this.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having difficulties to track your sleep. Thank you for the information provided and for trying to resolve the issue before contacting us.

 

The sleep information recorded by your Fitbit Versa 2 is probably not getting transferred correctly to your Fitbit account. This is definitely not an expected behavior. If you haven't done it already, please restart your watch by following these steps. In addition, our team has recently released a new version of the Fitbit app (iOS 3.34 and Android 3.34.1). To verify your current version and update, please visit this article, open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?" and follow the instructions.

 

In addition, you can set up your watch as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

 

Once the you've followed the steps above, please make sure you track your sleep by following these instructions.
