So i just got my versa lite. I have set up my profile after downloading the first bit app to my iPhone. It says it needs to be updated and yet its taking 4 days and still isn’t finished? I’ve deleted the app and re downloaded it to my phone and tried to redue the process and it just won’t finish updating. What’s the problem?

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue? Are you updating the firmware version of your Versa Lite with mobile data or WiFi? I recommend you to learn more about how to update the firmware version of your Fitbit device with the information that's specified on this help article.
