Difficulties with my sleep data and sleep score-Versa 2

My sleep data is incorrect and also my sleep score has stopped showing on my graph. 

How can this be fixed?

Hi! No one has gotten back to me about this issue. This is about the Versa
2 that I bought my husband for Christmas. (The previous issue was with my
Charge 3, which has since gone dead). We can't figure out how to track
Sleep with his Versa 2. He's using a Moto4G phone, which shows up as
compatible in your list.

Do you have any tips?

PS - I received a somewhat snarky response from one of your CSAs about my
Charge 3 issue, so, quite frankly, I'm hesitant to ask for help. Yet, I
need it. These times are trying enough without having to endure snarky
comments from people that are supposed to be there to help with issues.

I didn't find the Moto 4G in the list of supported devices. Although there are users who can sync and receive notifications from devices not tested by our engineering team, in these cases we are not able to guarantee an optimal performance.

To track sleep with the Fitbit Versa 2, please follow the steps in this article. Whether you are getting any error you can attach a screen shot for further investigation.

Hi, you seem to have the wrong information. I was looking for a fix for my fit bit which I did find. Never asked for help with my husbands Fitbit, he doesn’t have one by the way. Bit of a mix up somewhere
