Difficulties with notifications & sleep tracker-Versa Lite

This morning my sleep tracker information had disappeared. It's the first thing I look at every day after waking. I sync & then look. But today it had vanished. Where did it go???

 

Also, I have not been able to receive notifications of texts, calls, etc. for months. I've tried all of the troubleshooting ideas but it still does not work. 

 

On my Fitbit account online, it now says I have no device connected. Why not? How did it disconnect? 

 

I read that Google bought out Fitbit. If so, I wonder if in their greediness they are causing problems to drive consumers to have to purchase new watches. Just a thought.

  • Please make sure that you are following our guide to track your sleep. If you were not able to see the sleep tile, please swipe up from the clock face to see your stats in Fitbit Today, there, scroll down until you see Settings, tap on it and add Sleep and Exercise stats.

  • Your Fitbit Versa Lite shouldn't get disconnected from your account. In this case, I would recommend setting it up as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
