Difficulties with sleep and notifications-Versa 2

Since recent upgrade sleep monitor not working correctly. Has anyone else had this problem?
Also getting unlimited notices. This last upgrade really messed up Fitbit

- What difficulties have you found with your sleep readings?

- Is your Versa 2 not tracking all your sleep?

- Does it show any error? If possible, please attach a screen shot.

- What type of notices are your receiving?

My Versa 2 has not monitored my sleep since the update either. It just shows no information and no score.

Since you must see Sleep Stages to see Sleep Score, I would recommend visiting this article, open the menu "Why don't I see sleep stages today?" and follow the instructions.

 

In addition, you can restart your Fitbit Versa 2 by following these steps.
