I’m having problems with my Fitbit and need some answers on how to send it back to get a new one through warranty I’ve been looking and can’t figure it out so I thought I’d make a post. The side button doesn’t turn the Fitbit on and when it does the screen doesn’t work to slide to the side also it vibrates randomly sometimes and will turn off.
