Difficulties with the clock face and syncing-Versa 2.

My versa 2 was working well yesterday. I did not change any settings. I just checked it and the clock face stopped showing. Apps stopped working but I can still see the icons. Somehow fitbit-pay still works but I need to enter my password every time. Sync failed since 3 hours ago (i.e., last synced on 7am Apr 20 2021). I wonder if there is a firmware update that crashes my device? Current version is 35.72.1.9.

To try to resolve the issue, please restart your Fitbit Versa 2 and try to change the clock face.

 

In addition, please make sure to have the last version of the Fitbit app (3.41 iOS and Android). For instructions on how to check your current Fitbit app version and update, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".
