So Ive been able to transfer music on my fitbit versa from my computer before but all of a sudden it says my Bluetooth is off so I turn it on my phone and sync it and my songs show up, but the purple dot isn't next to the songs which means they aren't transferred. I noticed there was a refresh button next to playlists so I hit it and nothing happens. It also says next to personal music the versa storage and it is all empty I don't understand why if there are songs there. I don't know how to insert a screenshot but I hope someone can help me please. Thank you:)
