Hey there,
I am experiencing some difficulties with the setup of my Versa. I got this one from Fitbit, because my previous Versa was also showing software/hardware malfunctioning. When i start up my Fitbit app, i am able to connect my Fitbit to my phone, i will give in the password of the WIFI and than it starts with downloading the data to perform the update. But after five minutes or so without progress, the Fitbit will give this red cross on the screen and I have to start over again.
At first, i thought it was because of my WIFI signal, but when I tried to connect over bluetooth only, it gave the same problem.
I'm beginning to regret my choice to get a new Fitbit, for sure if there doesn't come a solution for this problem...

Have you tried a restart of your tracker?
