Poor customer service from Fitbit.
I've spent over an hour on live chat and the telephone to Fitbit and all they did was send me textbook answers in reply to my problem. Not happy!
I'm now just returning my fitbit to the shop I bought it.
A few weeks ago I bought a Versa 2 special edition which comes with two straps. The navy silicone strap is round the wrong way. The flat silicone side which should touch the skin faces upwards. As a result it doesn't sit correctly and irritates my skin. Fitbit have said it is the correct way round and hit me with all these crap answers about the straps being ergonomically designed blah blah.
I spent £200 on this and they wont even replace a strap!
