Directions for warranty claim

Can anyone find how to make a warranty claim.  I followed the directions on the little Warranty guide that came with the Versa.  It seems well hidden.

 

The face detached on August 9th.  I activated my Versa 12 months ago today.

Give a call to customer support's phone (877)623-4997 between the hours of 4am-8pm PST Mon-Fri, and 6am-5pm PST on weekends, if you're in the USA.

 

If you're not in the USA, then click for contact options
