Disable message content from showing up on Versa 3

I just recently purchased my first ever Fitbit, the Versa 3. After spending countless hours trying to figure out how to get my iPhone text messages to show up on my Fitbit, it finally worked! However, I now realize that I don’t really feel comfortable with the content of my text messages appearing on my Fitbit. Is there any way to change the settings so that I can only see WHO messaged me, but not see their actual message on my Fitbit?

Hi @AnaGJ  - a few people ask this but it's only the notification preview (not the whole notification nor the full message) that shows up.

The writing is so small that it can hardly be read by someone else upside down and it can be swiped away or wrist lowered the to remove it from view.

You can put your watch in do not disturb mode then you get neither the message nor the vibrate.

To do that swipe the watch face to the right to get to Quick Settings and enable the do not disturb icon.
