Discovery Vitality - spinning issue

Hallo,

I hope someone will be able to assist me with this issue. I am Discovery’s Vitality Fitness rewards member (South Africa) and I have a Fitbit Versa to track my exercise. All data are recording fine apart from the “spinning” feature. I never receive any ‘points’ for spinning as it indicates “speed too low”. How is this possible for spinning where speed is not applicable?

At this stage, I email a screenshot of my spinning exercises to discovery twice a week. I would really appreciate it if this could be cleared up.
