Disgusted! Versa 2 has been working fine. Now won’t hold a charge

Another Fitbit product not working.  It was charging and working fine until a couple of days ago. I’ve charged twice and looses charge in less than 12 hours.  This is my replacement for my Ionic which had the dangerous battery issue.  Fitbit doesn’t seem to be able to create a reliable product.   This is my fifth or fifth product.  How stupid of me to keep buying them.  BUYER BEWARE!!

I’m with you - I’ve had it! My Versa has had one problem after another, particularly after the latest update (app and firmware). I’ve factory reset it multiple times and it will work sometimes but mostly not. At this moment it will track steps but not heart rate and will constantly disconnect from the Bluetooth on my phone. I don’t want a discount to purchase another unreliable device - it’s too frustrating. Sorry but I had to vent.
