Not used my Fitbit much recently, because of the lockdown, but wanted to track my sleep last night. I’ve woken up to find that tracking sleep is now a Premium feature and that it won’t show me my sleep pattern unless I pay £7.99 a month!!!! It’s not enough that customers pay hundreds for their products, they have to now take money each month for us to actually use the product!!!! I am completely disgusted!!!!

Hello @SKDavidson and welcome to the Help forums. ALL users with HR enabled trackers get sleep scores and sleep stages. The Versa has the SpO2 sensor and all Ionic/Versa family/Charge 3/Charge 4 users get the EOV graph. Fitbit activated the SpO2 sensor a little while ago. The Premium package does give you more detailed sleep data. It also includes a sleeping heart rate trace.
Many users are unhappy that Fitbit put this detailed data behind a pay wall (I am one of them). That ad needs a "don't show me this again" option for those who don't want the premium package.
Just close the ad. Get back to us if you don't see your sleep information.

The important part here though is that all the sleep data that was available before premium is still available now, even without premium (so technically no one is losing anything). It's only the new sleep HR chart that is part of premium, and that never existed before premium anyway.
Saying that, I do agree with @LZeeW as being one of those who isn't a fan of locking things like this behind premium. Also the data is still exportable, so if you use an app like Cardiogram you can see your sleep HR in just as much (maybe even more) detail as the premium offering anyway.
