Dismissing a message on the phone affects the Versa 2?

Looking at picking up a Versa 2 for notifications. I would be using it on iOS. 

if I dismiss a message or notification on the Versa 2, does it get dismissed on my iPhone Notification Center?

how about in reverse, if I dismiss a message or notification on the iPhone Notification Center, does it get dismissed on my Versa 2?

My Garmin does this.

If you clear a notification from the Versa 2, the notification is removed from your phone's notification center. If you clear a notification from your phone, the notification is removed from the Versa 2.
