I've had this watch for a little 33 days. I've had issues with the charging dock. Now the display won't respond to touch. I've restarted nearly a dozen times. I've conducted multiple factory resets.
I haven't gotten the watch wet. I haven't dropped it. It hasn't hit anything. The screen isn't cracked.
It seems that this is an issue that has come up repeatedly. To be frank, the fact that I'm having this much difficulty with the device in such a short amount of time is an unacceptable situation. Can someone please help me here?

You have tried restarts and a factory reset. I think you need to contactbSuppprt (link in my signature)
